The DWRT Board of Directors has updated the team’s Code of Conduct.  The full Code can be found here:

The updated language states that:

• Members are expected to adhere to all of the rules of competition in races in which they participate. Members found to be in violation may face reprimand, suspension or other action.

This is meant to encompass all types of rules of competition, including transferring of bibs and even up to performance enhancing drug rules.

It is up to the members to know what the rules of competition are for races in which you enter.
