2019 Team Points Races
The 2019 team points races have been announced. There will now be 9 races instead of 11, dropping the Mile and Percy Sutton this year. The points races will be:

- At the NYRR Jingle Bell Jog 5K, both the men and the women placed 2nd. Ryan Prout WON the race, finishing in 16:24.Michael Cosentino (18:18) and Mitchell Gouzenko (20:24) finished 3rd and 5th in their AG. Raymond McConville and Jonathan Thompson finished in 20:24 and 20:27. Suzanne Leslie placed 3rd OA for the women, finishing in 19:18. Margaret Harpin (21:10) and June Luo (21:22) placed 7th and 10th in their AG. They were followed by Sophie Buszwatiuk (21:35) and Rachel Wheeler (21:52-7th AG).
- Naomi Keena (22:07) and Satomi Sugishita (22:45) placed 8th and 3rd in their AG. Laura Stephen (23:20) and Meghan Hom (24:35) both placed 2nd in their AG. Mary Haskins placed 5th in her AG, finishing in 24:35.
- At the NYRR Pete McArdle Cross Country (15K), Matthieu Grigoresco placed 5th OA, finishing in 1:00:28. Peter Goldwasser (1:06:55) and Joseph Lipari (1:08:46) placed 1st and 2nd in their AG. Kevin Vogt placed 10th in his AG, finishing in 1:10:27. Cliff Collins (1:39:46) and Sheril Lawson (1:40:25) paced 7th and 6th in their AG.
- It was a great day for our Whippets at the California International Marathon! Grace Bowen broke the 3 hour-barrier, finishing in 2:55:03. Samantha Creath and Dennis Ryan ran a PR of 2:49:25 and 3:05:57 respectively.
- Jonathan Epstein won the Bed-Stuy 6th Annual Turkey Trot 5k , finishing in 19:30.
- Raymond McConville (3:16:23) and Brenton Shelby (3:18:53) represented us at the Philadelphia Marathon. Jenna Moulton ran the half marathon in 1:28:29.
- Lauren Lopez placed 2nd in her AG at the Drumstick Dash (4.6m), finishing in 29:22.
- Kristen Beren ran the Fragile X Strides 5K in 24:54, placing 3rd OA for the women.
