Looking for some training partners. Running alone can get so boring sometimes...!
5k PR pace is 6:14. And it just goes up from there. Consistently sub-7 for shorter distances (10k or less).
Anywhere from 5-15. Trying to build my endurance to run longer more regularly. Hitting weekly averages of 40-55 mpw at the moment training for LI Marathon in May.
Mostly around the city. So many bridges, so many options! Always up for exploring new routes.
A nice mix of experienced runners and newbies. Everyone is so supportive, encouraging and inspiring. I love this team!

"Have fun Scott! You're gonna do awesome!"
"Running in the NYRR race. Darn, would have liked to work this one into my Sunday 20mi."
"Hey Charlotte. It's half and half. People like me will still need people like you to check their heavy, heavy bag for them at NYSC. ;-)"
"Will also be with Matt if he really does 7:30. Need 7mi tomorrow and finish off w/ 6x100m strides."
"Looks fun Sylvain! Are you planning on making this one of the Sunday Queens runs?"
"Wow, I did not intend to scare everyone with that elevation map! I just wanted everyone to have an idea what to expect. It really is not that bad. You can all do this! Just take it in as any other race. ..."
"I found this elevation map for the course on Sunday that someone posted on the Runner's World forum. Hope it helps! http://sitelife.runnersworld.com/ver1.0/Content/images/store/5/7/853a0f7f-9f0a-481f-b7ae-a0d9db457612.Medium.jpg"
"Official results have been posted...."
"Because I don't want to miss Josh win his first Boston Marathon. Also running the Sunday 5k - it's the closest thing I'll get to 'running Boston.' :-("
