Just started running again after a 10 month hiatus due to plantar fasciitis. I'll be joining you for some slow fun and scenic run.
Not sure anymore Let see!

Astoria
This is just the mostest, bestest team in the all world and maybe the universe. There is motivated as well as motivating people of all abilities. I had to skip late night parties to make sure I show up next early morning to there event, that's how much I like this Team. .

Welcome back!!!
Your profile is awesome. Especially the French love of wine thing. You make perfect sense to me! Thanks for all the running referrals!
Thanks for the tips. I'm looking forward to meeting up with the group soon. And I'll check in on that other group you suggested!!
I am making an attempt to salvage the rest of the tri season.
Thanks for the suggestion. I will pack some bubble tape and old towels. Luckily, it only has to do the ride home in the van :-)
Thanks, Sylvain! I'm looking forward to doing more open water swimming, so I will try to join you for a swim soon. I'm sure I'll have more bike questions too...
Wow that sounds interesting considering im not a long distance swimmer,New to swimming but the test seems like something I can do by june and it would take me longer than 30 minutes.Do you know if you can wear a wet suit to take test?
sylvain hi do you host any open water swim groups? i need work in this area
Just heard of your Harriman H20 misadventure. Could you share any details, where, when, cost, conditions, time, etc? How far from a road? We hike up there sometimes and interested to know the "hazards." Thanks!
Hope you feel better. I want to start swimming again, but am a little intimidated. Also, I would love to join you all on bike rides, but I get the feeling your all REALLY fast. I can probably maintain 17 mph on flat courses, but not sure about hilly ones.
