Hi Everyone, I live in Manhattan and love to run all distances. I run road races and love trail races too.

What's your race pace?

10k- 8:00/mile Marathon- 8:30/mile Ultra-longer than above

On your training runs, how many miles do you run?

6-12

Where do you do most of your training?

Along the Hudson River up West Side Highway & Central Park Also started trail running this year. I love to run in Bear Mountain and the Palisades in New Jersey.

Hey MM, thanks for your message! Really looking forward to some trail running this winter/spring! I haven't graduated to ultras yet, but I definitely want to add trail running to my weekly mileage, and discover some cool trails along the way. Definitely let me know what's up!

I signed up for the TNF Bear Mtn race (half marathon) but wound up being in a wedding the night before so that didn't work out. Maybe I will do it this year though...
