I'm an engineer working in NYC and looking to train with like-minded runners. I love to travel for fun, food, and especially running.
My marathon average is about 3:45 (fastest being 3:10:56 in Chicago, and slowest 5:29 at the Great Wall).
I try to do at least two of the following each week plus one long run (13-26.2 miles): tempo run 6 miles, interval run 6 miles, fartlek 8 miles, and hill training 6 miles
In Central Park. Along the East River. City streets.
