I've been an avid runner for over 10 years, mostly 5ks and mid-range track events. I'm looking to meet new runners and have some fun as I train for my first half-marathon.
6:40 5k Goal time for my half-marathon debut is sub 1:45 (aggressive, but that's what goals are for!)
30 miles a week right now, goal is 40-50
