Looking to meet other competitive and casual runners who are serious about running and improving their abilities.
According to my bib, I'm 6:24mm and sometimes in the blue corral, but mostly in the red.
Anywhere between 6-20mi, depending on whether the team is training for a marathon or just a team points race.
Most of the time I'm doing the loop in Prospect Park (3.35mi).
This group is kind of awesome. Then again, I also run it!

Hi Rich -
The New York Flyers have Bus Service to the Brooklyn Half from the UWS and the UES on 5/19. As of this morning we have roughly 10 spots left for only $14. Perhaps some of your members can take advantage of this transportation alternative. Here is the link:

Oh ya, and let's run on friday mornings too!
hey dude if you're just messing with emails at work right now then you might as well handle a concerned user's request! Think you could add little checkboxes next to the rsvp now buttons on the calendar so I could just reply to a whole bunch at once instead of going to each event page and then clicking rsvp?
Oh and you run in Brooklyn and Manhattan now too.
Time to update your stats and put in your PR pace I think! Also your mileage is more now too. Make that 5 to 20+. ; )
Rich you the man like your triathlon pics its inspiring. Im just getting started in doing triahtlons see you on the roads. Phil
Thx Rich! I seriously need to pay you the $30 -- it's way overdue!
Rich, missed the deadline to pay for the uniform...how do i submit my payment. I still owe you $30 --sorry! Wams
Thanks Rich!!! Great job to you too!! :)
I have to admit..... it felt tougher than last year. I really had to hang on for dear life those last 3-4 miles! Hoping for 3:30 at Boston... we will see. Some people say its actually easier than NYC because there are less hills. How are you feeling now?
I think we deserve a little rest! haha.
Great job again!
~Meghan
