Introduction
Looking to meet other competitive and casual runners who are serious about running and improving their abilities.
What's your race pace?
According to my bib, I'm 6:58mm and stuck in the red corral.
On your training runs, how many miles do you run?
Anywhere between 5-18mi, since the team is looking to train for relays and marathons in 2010.
Where do you do most of your training?
Most of the time I'm doing the outer loop at Central Park (6mi).
