Ummmm so I know its been awhile and all...but i just checked the WB calendar and I don't see an official first of the summer "Saturday or Sunday Beach Run". Whats up with that?! Do we not do fun things anymore, lol! Also what about the JP Morgan Challenge. My cowo's made me sign up for that. Not sure if this is how to send you a message...you know im never on this thing.

i'm in good shape. i can comfortably sustain a 7:30ish pace for 6+ miles. I'd like to do most of my training runs between 7-8 minute miles
