I am training for my second marathon in October and would love to do some of my training with other runners.
My last half marathon was 9:00 pace and I would like to drop that by about 30 seconds.
Everyday runs are usually 3-6 miles and long runs 8-12 miles.
I do long runs in Central Park and most of my weekday runs along the East River.
