3:29 marathon, 1:38 half marathon, race pace is 6:52 for 5k. looking to improve.
5-10, including warming up. Long runs vary: 8-22 miles.
West Side Highway, FDR, Central Park loops, Central Park trails, E. 6th St. Track, and one time at McCarren Park in Brooklyn.
