I'm a casual serious runner
What's your race pace?
3:33 marathon, 1:40 half marathon, race pace is 6:57 for 4 miles. looking to improve.
On your training runs, how many miles do you run?
5-7, including warming up. Long runs vary: 8-22 miles.
Where do you do most of your training?
West Side Highway, Central Park loops, Central Park trails, E. 6th St. Track, and one time at McCarren Park in Brooklyn.
