Hi. My name is Luciano, I`m 26 from Brazil. I started running in Nov/09 just for fun, but now I`m taking running seriously. I`m running my first marathon in November 21st in Philadelphia and my goal time is anything under 3 hours.

My best pace in a race is 6:04/mile.
On your training runs, how many miles do you run?
Between 4 and 10 miles.
Where do you do most of your training?
Usually Central Park and West Side along Hudson River from Chelsea to Battery Park
