My race pace is usually slow, but sometimes I run fast.
I run 65-75 Badger Miles a week and I run six days a week. I believe in taking one 0 mileage day every week to fully recover & to absorb the benefits of my training. And I do 2-4 doubles a week.
On grass in Long Island. Valley Stream State Park. On the bridal path in Central Park. VCP. And East River Track or S.H.S Track. Depends where I'm sleeping the night before lol. I hate concrete, asphalt, and side slope streets.
