I was looking for some people to run with in Manhattan and am looking for some motivation to do speed workouts to improve my leg endurance.
My most comfortable race pace is 7:30/mile - that covers most races from >5 miles.
I usually run about 6 miles on my training runs.
I do most of my running on the East River Greenway or the West Side Path (lower Manhattan).
