Hi I ran with you guys once last year at the east river park. Your ( Scott(?) drills were great and a lot of fun and the training sheets you send out are amazing and motiving!
I am slow and out of shape now after a year in the suburbs. Last year this at this time I ran a half at about 10 minute miles and the Al Gordon Classic (4m) run in prospect park at about 8.5 mms. I hope to get back to that in the next couple months now that I'm back in the city and have more time to run.
Average 5miles
Central Park but now in I'm living near prospect park and I want to start doing weekend runs there.

Welcome Kim!! I am out most everyday at the Park, (except Mondays). Weekends are a fantastic start to join the gruop for a run, hope to see you on Sunday.

Hi Kim
Hi Kim
Glad that you are joining our group. If you do decide to make this trip Oct meetup in Maine we will need to have deposits before or by the end of September in order to guarantee your spot here. Feel free to contact me for further details. When I receive deposits I will send you an email confirmation and directions up. Personal checks for deposits are the best way to do this.
Hiya! haven't seen / heard from you in a bit. Hope all is well.
I was trying my best to be kind in the video. I wanted you to see why you didn't get over that group of logs the first time without it being embarrassing, and then show that you got over it. We can work on wheelies next time we ride :-) See you at the bike maintenance tonight.
Nice meeting you Kim. Hope you made it home safely on the city streets. Lets ride again soon.
Nice to meet you today. Hope to see you on future rides!
No problem at all. The great thing about being a mountain biker is that everyone experienced that first ride at some point. I remember starting out and all the pointers/tips that were given to me...alot of people are responsible for helping me develop into a decent rider. Nothing makes me happier then to not only watch but to actually help other riders develop and excel. You have a great attitude and with some time on the bike there is no doubt that you will become a good rider. You did awesome!
