Thanks everyone for turning up for our first photography meetup of the year. Atsede, thank you for hosting! Loved hearing everyone talk about how they got into photography, getting a chance to see some of your pictures, learning what some of the best iPhone camera and photography apps are, meeting some new people, including new member Stan and new friend Sue from CPTC, and esp. seeing what terrific video Atsede's Nikon D7000 takes--so jealous! Tom, can't wait till we master our external flashes! Emily Anne, looking forward to seeing yr pictures, and congratulations on upcoming wedding. Armand, we will find another Android shooter on the team! Michael, Tessa, you guys better resume posting yr instagram masterpieces. Tiger Ellen, i will get back to you on how to improve shots on yr cybershot. And thanks to Emily Gilbert for bringing her filmmaker fiance Doug to join the fun, who in turn volunteered to host the next photo meetup!.

Evan, thanks for setting up this event. was so fun to shoot it makes you look forward to winter. from my side of the ice it looked like everyone had a great time. never seen teammates do so many loops with such large smiles on every repeat. props to those who were first time skaters. nice to catch up with some teammates who i have not seen since the team end of year party. and loved the bryant park location!
