Manhattan Morning Run (Chelsea/W. Village)

Meet between 7 and 7:15am at the steps leading up to the High Line Park, Washington St. at Gansevoort (three blocks below 14th St.).

Typical distance = 3-5 miles along the West Side Highway. We stay together as a group, keeping at a constant 9:00-9:30mm pace.
