Please let me know if you have any questions!
For the track workout -- I'm planning on pre-/post-workout form drills again! They're optional, but a good way to warm up and instill efficient running form. Be at the track by 7 sharp to get in on the action. (Also, FYI, some members of North Brooklyn Runners will be joining us -- please make them feel welcome, as they have done for us when we visited the McCarren track.)
I would love to do drills but I have a hard time making it by 7pm.. Maybe if I learn to bike faster..
I`ll try to be there around 6pm and start by myself. Have a birthday dinner to go. If i can`t make it tonight i`m planing on doing my mile repeats tomorrow.
3:30PM UPDATE: Tonight's track workout is still happening despite the rain (as long as we don't see lightning). Some of us are starting at 6pm instead of 7 -- join us then if you can. Tonight's beer mile is POSTPONED, we'll let you know the new date.
Join this Meetup to add comments or questions.
Hope people can still come to the workout. Don't worry, you don't need to do the fun activity afterward! Mile repeats this week!
