Post-Race Picnic
Central Park - Sheep Meadow (map)
Sylvain suggested that due to the awesome weather that we'll have on Saturday and the sheer number of Whippets running the Scotland Run on this day, that we should have a picnic at Central Park! A great idea!
I decided it'd be easier to separate out picnic comments and put up an extra event for just the picnic. RSVP here to say whether you're coming and what you'll bring. Whippets who aren't running the race are welcome to join us.
Don't forget to bring a blanket and please give me a call if you have trouble finding us at [masked].

I have a friend, and hopefully future whippet, who will be joining us, as well. I'm still making chicken, chickpea, tomato salad but will also bring some guacamole and baby carrots.

bringing whole wheat, slightly spicy cous cous salad w/ cranberries, toasted almonds, garlic etc., more plates, forks, fruit and my mom will be with me so she'll have fruit...
