For our Tuesday night training runs, we meet at 86th and Fifth Avenue. If you'd like to meet at 6:30pm instead, please indicate that in your RSVP. If you're in need of bag check, you can use NYRR for bag check (closes at 8:00pm) or NYSC (at 86th and Lexington) if you're a member.
We will wait 10 minutes for Whippets before we start our run. We split into groups of similar pace and run loops of the reservoir or of Central Park depending on the desired workout. After our run, we will perform stretches at Engineers' Gate (90th St and East Drive).
After we've burned those calories, we usually go out for dinner and drinks, so please join us for that if you can!

Scott, Plans changed slightly. I'm getting there at 6pm and meeting Masako at NYSC and we're doing 2 full laps around CP. We're both preparing for the Bk Half. Not sure if you can meet that early, but perhaps you can do 1 loop with us or both if you want. :-) We (I) should hopefully be done in time for your post-workout plan, which looks grrreat!! Will def see you later!!
Anyone going out afterwards? I tore up my feet today and won't be able to run tomorrow, but drinks/food always get me going :)

I can't make tonight's run after all :-( Anyone up for a few loops in the park tomorrow evening? 6:30/7pm?
I will probably try to run around 7pm Wednesday starting at the 72nd/CPW... Let me know if you head out on the later side and maybe I can meet you.
Post-workout plan for 400 meter runners and anyone else who wants to join us: 4 strides, 3x200 meters fast, and 4 eight-second sprints up Cat Hill.
