    Hey all,

Please RSVP ASAP and let me know your full name if you are new to the team. I need to submit a full list of names by early next week so email me the names of any volunteers as well. Thanks!

Also, just so everyone knows, team volunteering doesn't count toward the 9+1!

Hey all, I volunteered us for water stations on the course instead of post-race. It means we'll have to get there earlier- at 6:00, but can leave earlier too probably. I think we report right to the water stations (we'll be manning three of them). I'll confirm this with NYRR and let people know what stations to report to at 6:00 am.

Hey all, we are going to be manning three water stations at E72nd, E92nd, and W87th. At E92nd will be Matt, Jenny, Patricia, Joana, Masako, Sylvain and family, Mike, and Melida. At E72nd will be Rich, Emi and family, Jess, Patty, Charlotte, Alejandra, Sam, and Mark. At W87th will be Scott, Brandi and guest, Pinar, Megan, Adam, Rob, Amy, John F, Gary. I think that's everyone. If you are a maybe and decide to come, let me know and I will assign you a spot.

PS: just show up straight to those locations at 6:00. No need to go to the bandshell first.

Also, I'm probably going to go for a run afterward. Does anyone want to do 2 laps of Central Park with me (7:30 pace) (or one of the two laps with me at that pace)?

I was going to run in the race, but I guess it's to late to sign up. So I'll volunteer.

We have such a hardcore, dedicated and supportive team! Proud to be a Whippet today. Amazed to see 31 of you out there in the pouring, cold rain.

Great times despite the rain. yay 72nd water station! congrats to the whippet women who ran (especially the first timers!) -- you guys did an awesome job and push through it in the pouring rain no less.

Amazing showing by the Whippets. Especially those who, unlike me, didn't have a vested interest in the marathon spots. You guys rock!!!!!

    An unbelievably great experience.

Insane day, but only the DW could make it fun. Emi's muffins were a-maz-ing and a great way to start off a long morning. Despite the chilly rain and a lot of standing around, we had a great time at the 72nd st. water station. Lots of laughs and good times. Every inch of us was soaked, but our spirits were never dampened! Love this team.
