"One of the best indoor track meets takes place at MSG every year. This year it is on Friday January 29th. Some of the biggest names come out to run and compete. Last year Kara Goucher won the mile. This year Bernard Legat is going for his record breaking 8th win in the mile. There are always really great sprinters and shot putters also. I've gone a couple years and the athletes finish up and sit in the stands with you. I will most likely be there. Tickets are discounted for NYRR members. We can get some drinks and then head in to MSG to watch the main events."
