“ It was a lot of fun doing the track races. Patrick, Benny and I did the 800m and I think I finished in 2:37. Then we rocked the 10x5x200m relay in 28:48 (4:38mm pace!). Really proud of our team of Scott, Alex, Mark, Patty, me, Benny, Johnny, Masako (!), Levett and Patrick. You guys all rock! ”
