The events are up on the Armory's site. They are as follows:

January 7th – Mile, 800m, 2 Mile
January 21st – 3000m, 800m, 1500m
February 11th – Mile, 800m, 2 Mile
February 25th – 1500m, 8x200m Relay, 800m, 10,000 meter relay*

*10 person relay, 200m legs only, each athlete runs 5 200m legs.

Entry Fee = $15.00 per night / unlimited events
10,000 meter relay entry fee = $10/person
payment by check should be made payable to The Armory Foundation

Megan and I did a quick workout on the track from 6:15 to 6:45. I had hoped it would be better conditions for speedwork, but there were other people doing speed workouts who were much much faster, so it was a little too awkward. It was worth a try but based on last night's experiment, I wouldn't recommend the 6-7 period for Whippets speed workouts. But I'll be back on 2/11 to run a race!

No and no. :-) It may be a little crowded between 6 and 7, but it's free, and we don't have to pay to stick around and watch the races afterward...

Cool - I should be able to get up there around then too. Do we have to pay the $15 to run on the track before the races start? Or to watch races?

Megan -- I'm confirmed to do the speed workout from 6 to 7pm at the Armory track. I will have gotten there around 5:30 to warm up and stretch so I can jump on the track promptly at 6. I think I'll skip the actual races, though. --Scott
