We'll meet at 86th and Fifth Avenue at the entrance to the park and do laps around the Reservoir. For people that need to leave bags somewhere, NYRR has lockers and changing rooms for members. They fill up quickly, so get there as early as possible to make sure to get one. For info, go here:

One reservoir lap is 1.58 miles, so it'll give us plenty of options for various distances. I was thinking of another tempo run, but extending it from the week before. There should also be a group of runners that want to take it easy and just go on a training run, so that's an option too.

The only reason I don't want to dirty my shoes is that it will void Jackrabbit's 14 day return policy, jeez. Scott, I'm aiming for under 8 anyway, so that pace would be fine with me.

A friend and I have started doing the outer loop every Tuesday night as part of our marathon training. We're not fast by any means, doing 6 miles around a 10:30 pace, but if anyone wants to join us let me know.

Mike/Patrick -- I'm supposed to do a tempo run tonight. Patrick, I'd be glad to do the outer loop with you if you're willing to go a little fast (8:15mm to 7:45mm in parts). Otherwise, I might just stay on the reservoir loop....

I'd be up for park roads but only with people I could keep up with. Don't want to get left alone in the park at night. Anyone doing 9.30?

Also I'll be at NYRR with my coat (and something else ;) ) begging for a locker, as usual.

Dayum! You are all so hard core. All because Patrick doesn't want to dirty his shoes. The best running is the when you get down and dirty ;-). I'll just be doing 2-3 reservoir loops again. I did a thousand lunges and squats yesterday and my hamstrings are acting up.

Hey Patrick, I'm up for a loop. We can probably recruit Scott and Emi too.

Patrick -- dirty shoes are great! Alejandra -- thanks for making reservations at Rathbones (http://www.yelp.com/biz/rathbones-restaurant-new-york ). If we lose anybody on the run, we'll see you there around 8:30pm-ish. Hope to see everyone there!

Got new shoes this weekend, but I have to test them out to make sure they work for me, so I can't hit the trail and dirty them up. Anyone want to do a loop of the park with me?
